    Share your fitness goals with us and schedule your on-ramp lessons if you decide to move forward on your fitness journey. We want to hear about your challenges and work together to meet them head on!

  • Week 2: Get Into the Groove Image

    Start your on-ramp classes!  These will be two private or small group sessions (one hour each) where you will learn everything from the foundational movements like squatting and pressing to the more complex barbell movements like cleans and snatches.

    Congrats on making some new friends! Take in the community and see how it feels to belong to a group of fit-minded people. If you surround yourself with others who have achieved your goals, you are more likely to succeed.
